Islām is mentioned in several places in the Qur’an, for example at 3:19 ‘Religion with Allah is Islām (peace)’ and 5:3 ‘I have chosen for you Islām (peace) as religion’. This name is often found in combinations, e.g. Nūr-ul-Islām ‘light of Islam’.
